1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 1x777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 1x777.cam and all associated services, content, features and tools made available through it.

1x777 is an online betting and live casino information platform. All content published on this Platform is provided in English for informational and entertainment purposes only. 1x777 does not directly accept bets. Access to and use of the Platform is subject to your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan and other jurisdictions. Users located in Pakistan should pay particular attention to Section 4 (Account Eligibility) and Section 15 (Governing Law).

2 Definitions

"Platform"

The 1x777 website at 1x777.cam and all sub-pages, tools, features and content accessible through it.

"User" / "Account Holder"

Any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses the Platform's services.

"Account"

A personal account created by a User upon completing the registration process.

"Balance"

The total of deposited funds minus amounts wagered and plus any winnings credited to an Account, net of applicable fees and adjustments.

"Bonus Funds"

Non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded subject to wagering requirements as published in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain platform features (including withdrawals) can be used.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.

"Self-Exclusion"

A voluntary restriction placed on an Account that prevents login and deposits for a specified or indefinite period.

"PKR"

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or continuing to use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You are of legal age to access gambling services in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher age required by the operator or license jurisdiction);
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete;
• You accept full responsibility for determining whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Users under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and are responsible for understanding their own legal obligations.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account per person, per household and per device. Operating multiple Accounts is prohibited and will result in all affected Accounts being suspended.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on this Platform or any affiliated Platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of 1x777 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a player Account.

5 Account Registration

To access real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. All fields must correspond to your actual identity.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, including activity that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately via the live chat or email channel and change your password without delay.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses and withhold balances pending investigation. Players discovered operating multiple Accounts to exploit bonus systems will be subject to permanent ban without prior notice.

5.3 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your registered information current and accurate. If your contact details, payment method or residential address changes, you must update your Account promptly. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and operator licensing requirements, 1x777 requires all Account Holders to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals, and may require verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

6.1 Documents Required

Typical KYC documentation required from Pakistani users includes:

• Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back copies; or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or other official document dated within the last three months) where required;
• A selfie or liveness check for facial verification purposes;
• Proof of payment method (for example, a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your registered name) where requested.

6.2 Submission Requirements

All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Under no circumstances should documents be sent via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, social media or any unsecured channel. Documents must be clear, unaltered and unexpired. The submission of falsified, altered or another person's documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6.3 Processing Time

Verification processing times vary. The Platform will aim to process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee a specific turnaround period. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification completion.

7 Deposits & Payments

Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. Pakistani users may find familiar payment references in the cashier including bank transfer options through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet options referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. The listing of these payment references does not imply that those providers endorse gambling or are formally affiliated with this Platform.

7.1 Own Funds Only

All deposits must be funded from accounts held exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds deposited by another individual on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review, resulting in funds being held pending investigation.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated at the Platform's discretion. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Illustrative minimums may be in the range of PKR 1,000 per transaction, but actual limits are set by the operator and subject to change.

7.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited promptly upon receipt of confirmed payment. The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network interruptions or banking system issues outside of the Platform's control.

7.4 Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of transaction. The Platform bears no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations affecting the value of deposits or withdrawals.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following requirements and conditions. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in delays or refusal of a withdrawal request.

• Completed KYC: Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Name match: The payout account name must exactly match the registered Account holder name. Mismatches will delay processing pending additional verification.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus funds attached to the Account must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being forfeited.
• Account standing: Accounts flagged for security review, AML investigation or pending KYC completion will have withdrawal requests held until the review is resolved.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method as displayed in the cashier at the time of request.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 1x777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders only and may be limited to one per person, per household or per IP address.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, minimum odds restrictions and time limits apply to all bonus offers. These are published in full on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal sequencing rules.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multi-accounting, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and Account suspension.

9.2 Welcome Bonuses

Welcome bonus eligibility, amounts and terms (including any illustrative figures such as matching percentages up to PKR 25,000 or a specific PKR amount) are set by the operator's current promotions and are subject to change at any time. Figures quoted in promotional materials are illustrative of the maximum possible benefit and are not guaranteed to every registrant.

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific game rules, betting market rules, settlement procedures and cancellation policies are published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets placed are final upon confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless the Platform's specific cancellation policy for that market expressly permits it.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation or any other integrity issue.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event without notice, at the Platform's discretion.
• In cases of system errors, technical faults or clearly erroneous odds, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets. No liability is accepted for bets placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from manifest errors.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or gameplay;
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit platform features;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity manipulation;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to support;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Any conduct designed to defraud the Platform, its payment processors or other users.

12 Responsible Gambling

1x777 is committed to promoting safe, responsible and informed gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your Account settings.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic session reminders informing you of time spent and net position during a session.

13 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1x777;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or systematically collect data from the Platform.

Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1x777 and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity issues or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers or events outside the Platform's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from failure to complete KYC, failure to read bonus terms or failure to safeguard account credentials;
• Any claim arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is illegal;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks or financial intermediaries in connection with your deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction as specified in the operator's published licensing documentation. 1x777 is an online information platform; these Terms do not constitute a claim that the operator is licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that:

• The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is the primary federal legislation governing gambling in Pakistan;

16 Amendments to These Terms

1x777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via email or in-Platform notification where operationally practical.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

17 Termination

1x777 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on your Account;
• You are found to be under the minimum eligible age;
• Your Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request;
• The Platform ceases operations in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any balance of verified, non-bonus real-money funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via a supported payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination unless otherwise specified.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any legitimate withdrawal request in progress at the time of closure.
